No, there are no hidden fees. See below for commission split. There is an additional $50 fee if the title company sends your commission to Star Bay instead of sending to you directly.. We encourage our Agents to fill out the commission disbursement form prior to closing to avoid that $50 fee.

You will receive 100% percent of your commission minus a $250 fee for every transaction, regardless of the type of transaction and the amount of commission. (Note: there is an initial $250 one time sign up fee. There is a minimum of 1 transaction per year. If the following calendar year there have been no transactions, there will be a $250 charge at the end of the year).
